This service allows our registered clients to order repeats of medications, prescription food or regular diets for pets that are currently under our care. These items can then be collected 48 hours later from our shop.
Drugs and food orders will normally take 48 hours to process. However if they are ordered after 12.00 on Friday they will not be available until 12.00 the following Tuesday.
The following information is required:
Are you a registered client with Ballyhugh Vets?
Has your pet been examined by one of our vets in the last 6 months?
Your pet's name, your name, address, telephone number and email address
Food/Medication required
Dosage required
Quantity required
(There may be occasions where we are unable to fulfil prescription orders if your pet is due an examination. If that is the case you will be contacted by telephone and email.)
All the above information should be emailed directly to info@ballyhughvets.com and we will fill your prescription in 48 hours. We can also call/email you when its ready if that is preferable.
